Primary one registration : 40 places to be set aside for students registering under phase 2B and 2C

View our infographic on the changes to P1 Registration starting next year.

For those who may be unclear as to how the number of vacancies will be derived for Phase 2B and Phase 2C, here is an example.

If a school has 50 places left after Phase 2A(2), these 50 places will be split equally for Phases 2B and 2C. The 25 places each will be added to the minimum 20 places each for Phase 2B and Phase 2C. This means there would be 45 places each in Phase 2B and Phase 2C.
